At Valli Industries, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our decorative lighting products. Since we deal in manufactured and fragile goods, we have established the following policy:
1. Returns & Exchanges Customers may request a return or exchange within 1 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged Goods Since lighting fixtures are fragile, if an item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us immediately on email or via WhatsApp with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-manufactured lighting fixtures designed specifically for a client's project.
Items that have already been installed or modified.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
5. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been dispatched or entered the manufacturing phase, a cancellation fee may apply.
